Harvard-Westlake Tournament	1	Opponent: Farzaan Kaiyom \| Judge: Ellen Ivens-Duran AC- essentially the main goal was to show that institutions are racist and that implementing laws to restrict hate speech are going to be oppressive and have historically been used to oppress the minority NC- NC talked about how hate speech is the degradation of the minorities and bars the victims access to education and many rights When there is hate speech minorities are unable to counter that speech because of its harmful nature 1AC- AFF tried to run that hate speech is not protected by the constitution
