Advisory for all affirmative debaters Tournament: Stanford \| Round: 1 \| Opponent: Note \| Judge: You must do the the following or I will read theory. Disclose all theory arguments included in the 1AC (spikes) 2. Specify which public universities and colleges you defend and link all offense to those specific public universities and colleges. 3. Justify any bracketed evidence with a complete sentence on why you inserted bracketed text. ex. "This card has been bracketed to replace the gendered language." You must read this sentence in round and wait 2 (count 1 alligator, 2 alligator) seconds, so the judge can won't miss you justification. 3. Disclose any role of the ballots you may read 15 min prior to round on you own NDCA LD Wiki page. 4. Have the methodology available for any empirical evidence you read. These are some issues that I have been combatting through theory, so I thought that I should post this advisory to prevent unnecessary theory debates. I still reserve the right to read theory on other abusive arguments since I am not sure what you plan on doing.	2/12/17
