Framing

I value morality, defined as the sense of right and wrong because the word ought in the resolution is defined as a moral obligation.

Utilitarianism, maximizing pleasure and minimizing pain, allows us to choose in a real world situation between two hypothetical choices, in this case, the resolution.

Fukushima was one power plant. Imagine the devastation of 100+ nuclear power plants
