8		-1: Limits: The affirmative limits the debate to only people who can understand extremely fast speaking. If people are limited from understanding what the debate is about, there is literally no education which is all that debate is supposed to be about.
9		-2: Breadth and Depth: There is absolutely no breadth or depth in the debate at the point at which the opposing team is not able to understand or comprehend what is happening in the round. At this point my opponent is harming my education and there is no way I can learn.
